Job Summary: コマーシャル活動を通じて蓄積されるデータの品質、整合性、一貫性を確保し、データに基づく意思決定と継続的な業務改善を支える利活用基盤を整備・推進する。 多様なチャネルを通じて提供されるデータ資産について、データ品質要件、業務ルール、利活用要件を整理し、グローバル標準との整合を図りながら、新規プラットフォームの検討・導入やITとの協業を通じてシステム設計・運用設計への反映と運用定着を推進する。 【担当疾患領域】全て Job Duties: 営業活動に関連するデータ（CRM、売上、HCP情報など）の品質・整合性・可用性の確保と高度化 データ品質に関するKPIの設計、監視、改善施策の推進 データ取り込みエラーや品質課題発生時の原因分析、復旧対応、関係者調整の推進 データ活用を支える業務プロセス・プラットフォームの標準化、改善、導入推進 データ入力・更新プロセスの標準化、要件整理、仕組み上の改善提案と実行 データを活用するための新規プラットフォームの検討、導入、運用定着の推進 ビジネス要件を整理し、ITと協業しながらシステム設計・運用設計へ反映 外部データ・関連システムとの連携設計および統合推進 データ定義、メタデータ管理、データ辞書の整備と高度化 外部データ、ベンダー提供データ、グローバルデータとの連携要件整理と統合推進 ベンダーおよびグローバル関係者と連携し、互換性・整合性・運用性を踏まえた実装を推進 データ資産の活用促進と利活用基盤の整備 データユーザーが活用可能な状態でデータを提供し、意思決定に資する活用環境を整備 (データフローへの取り込み、アウトプットの仕組み構築、利用要件に応じた提供方法の最適化等) 分析・可視化・運用を見据え、プラットフォームおよび関連システムにおけるデータ活用要件の具体化を推進 データガバナンスポリシーの順守と運用管理体制の維持・高度化 運用・管理プロシジャの維持、見直し、監査対応を通じて、継続的に統制水準を向上させる ※ その他、ビジネスニーズに応じて随時割り当てられる業務有 Minimum educational level necessary to perform the job (High School diploma, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, PhD) 経済、情報技術、データサイエンス、統計学、経営学又は関連分野における学位、又は同等の実務経験 Minimum experience requirements necessary to perform the job 製薬業界又はヘルスケア領域におけるデータガバナンス、マスターデータ管理、又はデータ品質管理の実務経験（目安5年以上） CRM（Salesforce、Veeva等）や営業・顧客関連データの運用、標準化、アクセス管理に関する経験 データ品質ルール、業務ルール、メタデータ、データ辞書の整備と継続改善を推進した経験 データ可視化・分析ツール（Power BI、Tableau等）を用いたモニタリング、レポーティング、課題可視化の経験 ビジネス部門、IT、グローバルチーム、外部ベンダーと連携し、要件整理から運用定着までを推進した経験 日本語・英語の双方で、専門領域に関する説明、調整、交渉ができるコミュニケーション能力 Job Level: Management Why Biogen?
