Join our fast-growing team and play a key role in helping equipment rental businesses get up and running with our industry-leading software! In this role, you will: Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to activate and support our top customers. Support the launch and onboarding process for new equipment rental companies by handling key setup tasks and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform. Customize product configurations to meet the unique needs of each new customer. ​ Collaborate directly with CEOs, owners, and business founders, guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with business leaders and make an immediate impact at a high-growth SaaS company! Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organization. A positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. A competitive spirit and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new customer success strategies effectively. A strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a passion for continuous improvement.
