Job Description:
As an Onboarding Specialist, your role will be crucial in welcoming and integrating new users (Students and Tutors) onto our platform. You will be responsible for reaching out to new users via phone or email and guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure they effectively utilize our platform. Main Responsibilities:
Welcome new users (Students & Tutors) and guide them through the registration and onboarding process on the platform.
Ensure clear and consistent communication with users to make sure they understand the steps to follow and the requirements to meet.
Provide personalized assistance and support throughout the onboarding process, addressing their questions and resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and development, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Collect user feedback on their onboarding experience and suggest improvements to optimize the process.
Daily update of the CRM for tracking purposes.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different types of users.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust with new people.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure an accurate and error-free onboarding process.
Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software to track partner progress and manage communications.
Previous experience in customer service or onboarding is a plus.
