ONLINE ARTIST (Senior / Mid)

About us

TELEVISOR is a Warsaw-based commercial post-production, VFX, animation and generative AI studio, part of the international PFX group. We finish campaigns for global and Polish brands in automotive, e-commerce, finance and FMCG, working for top agencies and directly for brands. We’re looking for an Online Artist who has done this before, at scale, for clients who don’t accept “good enough”.

What you’ll do

• Finish commercials end to end in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve: conform, cleanup, beauty and product retouch, screen replacements, packshots and endframes, supers and legal copy.
• Handle versioning and multi-format delivery (TV, online, social, DOOH), with technical QC.
• Work closely with directors, agency creatives and producers. Take feedback and turn it around fast.
• Combine classic finishing with AI tools where they’re faster or better, and know where they aren’t.
• Work alongside the rest of the team (AI, 3D, compositing, grading) using ShotGrid.

Senior, additionally:

• Run client-attended sessions on your own and split the work in the team.
• Plan the online part of a project with producers, flag risks early, and mentor mid and junior artists.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a commercial post-production or VFX studio on large campaigns with demanding agency and brand clients.
• Senior: 5+ years in commercial finishing, expert-level After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, and a proven track record of leading client sessions.
• Mid: 3+ years, strong After Effects and Resolve, able to work independently on shots and versions.
• Working knowledge ShotGrid is a plus.
• Solid technical grounding: formats, codecs, colour spaces, delivery specs.
• Reliability under deadline pressure and clear communication with producers and clients.
• Fluent Polish (Senior: fluent Polish and English).

Huge plus

• Proven, hands-on generative AI experience in commercial work (e.g. Higgsfield, Magnific, Kling, ComfyUI), shown in delivered projects rather than tests. Awareness of licensing and client-approval constraints on AI output is a strong advantage.
• Experience with non-generative AI/ML tools in finishing: After Effects Roto Brush and Content-Aware Fill, Resolve Neural Engine (Magic Mask, Super Scale, Depth Map), Topaz, and ML-assisted cleanup and upscaling.
