Requirements
What The Work Typically Involves
• Documenting processes and creating SOPs
• Coordinating projects, timelines, and team logistics
• Managing vendors and day-to-day internal operations
• Supporting property management tasks and administrative workflows
• Spotting inefficiencies and suggesting better ways of working
What Makes a Strong Candidate
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet
• Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher)
• Previous experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes end to end
• Experience working with US-based or international teams is a plus
