Requirements
What The Work Typically Involves
• Prospecting outbound through LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team
• Running discovery calls and facilitating product demos
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
• Moving opportunities through the pipeline and closing deals
What Makes a Strong Candidate
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet
• Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher) — comfortable on calls with US prospects
• Previous experience in sales (SDR, BDR, AE, or account management)
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable with targets
• Experience selling to US-based or international clients is a plus
