The role reports directly to the Head of Operations and blends data analysis with hands-on operational support across contracts, customer relationship management, and process improvement.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full contract lifecycle — review, execution, and renewal — for commercial agreements.
- Draft, review, and update MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, and due diligence documentation.
- Support customer lifecycle management, from onboarding through off-boarding.
- Gather and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and manage operational dashboards and generate monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Account Management teams on cross-functional projects.
