Role Overview

We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are available across all platforms, including DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shop. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

• Ensure inventory is in stock across all sales platforms.

• Assist with order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.

• Collaborate with the team to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.

• Monitor and report on inventory levels and product availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shop is a plus

• No educational requirements; just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
