The Operations Coordinator, Data Center & Rapid Deployment Operations manages the day-to-day operational support required after a project has launched and employees, contractors or guests have been deployed into work or living environments. The role is the primary coordination point for service requests, issue resolution, vendor follow-up, maintenance needs, reporting, communication, satisfaction tracking and operational continuity.

This role is suited to a highly responsive, service-oriented coordinator who can manage daily details, protect the guest and client experience, and help ensure deployed housing, workspaces and support services remain safe, functional, clean, compliant and aligned with agreed service expectations.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $65,000 to $80,000.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations: Act as the primary operational coordination point after launch, managing service activity across deployed housing, workspaces, facilities and support services.
  • Manage service requests and issues: Receive, document, prioritise and follow up on maintenance, housekeeping, access, amenity, transport, food service, connectivity and other operational matters.
  • Coordinate service partners: Work with vendors, property managers, facilities teams, maintenance providers, security, janitorial, laundry, transportation, food service and other partners to resolve issues within expected timelines.
  • Maintain operational visibility: Keep accurate issue logs, action trackers, escalation records, completion status, response-time data and recurring-problem trends; prepare daily, weekly or client-specific reports.
  • Protect the guest and client experience: Monitor satisfaction through surveys, check-ins, case notes, incident trends and direct feedback, providing timely and professional communication throughout.
  • Support transitions and quality checks: Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, assignment changes, extensions, welcome materials, inspections, walkthroughs and operational transitions as required.\
  • Coordinate post-deployment change orders: Document requested changes, validate operational need, obtain updated pricing and service impacts, route approvals and re-engage the Project Manager when scope, configuration, budget, vendor commitments, timelines, safety or compliance are affected.
  • Escalate risk and improve performance: Escalate urgent, safety-related, compliance-related or client-sensitive issues and recommend operational improvements, vendor corrective actions or process changes based on recurring trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer-service, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused during issues or escalations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail, follow-through, urgency and accountability.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours or support urgent operational needs when required by client or site conditions, and to travel locally or to project sites as needed.

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum four years of experience in guest services, customer service, resident services, housing operations, facilities coordination, hospitality operations, property management, workforce housing, field support or a related operational role.
  • Demonstrated experience handling service requests, complaints, issue tracking, follow-up communication and customer-satisfaction activity.
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining logs, updating case records, tracking open items and communicating status to internal or external stakeholders.
