Operations & Creative Intern

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and creative individual to join us in Dubai as a long-term intern, supporting the day-to-day operations across our growing businesses.

This is a hands-on role for someone looking to gain real experience across business operations, hospitality, vacation homes, interiors and creative projects - with the opportunity to learn, take ownership and grow with us over time.

What you’ll be involved in:

• General administrative and operational support

• Drafting emails, messages and follow-ups

• Coordinating with suppliers and external partners

• Preparing invoices and contracts using existing templates

• Reaching out to and following up with potential leads

• Keeping projects, documents and tasks organised

• Assisting with creative projects, interiors and business coordination

• Supporting wherever needed as new projects develop

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is organised, reliable, eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative. You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn and grow into the role.

Ideally, you are Dubai-based with an interest in interior design & décor, hospitality, vacation homes, business and the creative industry.

This will be a long-term hybrid internship, with a mix of remote work and in-person coordination in Dubai.
