Operations Manager

Overview

At Lupa, we're hiring for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day engine that keeps a growing organization running smoothly. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clear, repeatable systems—balancing people, process, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and ensure teams hit productivity, quality, and service targets.

• Design, document, and continuously improve processes and standard operating procedures.

• Manage, mentor, and develop team members, setting clear goals and accountability.

• Track and report on key operational metrics (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities.

• Partner cross-functionally with finance, HR, sales, and leadership to align priorities.

• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.

• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Who You Are

Must-haves:

• 3–5+ years of operations experience, including team leadership or management.

• Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency gains.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and KPIs.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with process-improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Familiarity with operations software and automation tools.

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.

Schedule

• Friday through Monday, 40 hours per week in 10-hour days. The typical window is 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST.

• Flexible hours: Your schedule may start earlier or end later depending on the campaigns running each weekend. On weekends with fewer campaigns, you may work fewer hours, and your pay stays fixed.

Work Arrangement

• 100% remote.

• Independent contractor.

• Fixed pay, even on weekends with fewer hours.
