In this role, you will join a team that delivers Everyday Banking services to corporate clients across international markets. You will support account opening and closure processes, handle orders for various banking products, and help ensure a seamless setup of online banking features.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with details, is motivated by quality, and wants to contribute to reliable service delivery for our corporate clients. You will also be encouraged to challenge existing ways of working and take part in building a strong Lean culture.

You will:

• Deliver Everyday Banking services to international business and VIP clients
• Resolve issues and handle ad-hoc requests to support a smooth customer experience
• Work closely with advisory teams and stakeholders to find the best solutions for customers
• Maintain high-quality processes and look for ways to improve or automate them, for example through Lean methodologies
• Contribute to initiatives and projects that support better ways of working
  
  

About you:

• Experience in an operational or administrative role would be an advantage
• A critical mindset and strong attention to detail
• A quality-focused approach and commitment to accuracy
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to challenge existing processes
• Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
