Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Timișoara, with a combination of on-site work and some work from home. In this role, the Specialist coordinates day-to-day operational activities related to first aid training programs, including scheduling courses, managing trainer assignments, and ensuring logistical readiness for each session. The role involves maintaining accurate records of participants and partners, supporting the implementation of the defibSAVE initiative, and monitoring operational performance indicators. The Specialist collaborates closely with the sales, training, and administrative teams to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and improve the overall participant experience. Responsibilities also include contributing to process documentation, supporting small implementation projects, and providing clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with colleagues, trainers, clients, and participants.
- Sales awareness and customer-focused mindset to support client relationships and promote training programs when needed.
- Operations Management and Project Management skills to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of courses and initiatives.
- Previous experience in operations, training coordination, or administrative support, ideally within services, education, or healthcare-related organizations.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or scheduling systems, online collaboration platforms).
- Proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting, with reliability in on-site presence in Timișoara.
