Operations & Technology Specialist Purpose of the role This is a dual role that keeps two engines of Sulava MEA running: the resourcing mechanics that put the right people on the right customer work, and the internal IT foundation that our own people, demos and trainings depend on. The person in this role spends roughly half their time with the resourcing team in Deploy and half with the internal IT team and is expected to move between the two without losing momentum in either. The role makes sure the data, the availability view, the environments and the accounts are in place so that Sales, Project Leads, Deploy leadership and every colleague in the company can make decisions and get their work done quickly. It is an operational backbone role, and it is measured on how reliably that backbone holds. Expectation for this role is to be native with AI-tools and continuous drive to learn and stay ahead of the curve, a creative problem solver with consulting business operations understanding, and capability with the required IT skills to support our operations. Part 1 · Deploy Resource Operations (50%) Working as part of the Deploy Operations team, this person turns the requests coming in from Sales and from Project Leads into named, available, and capable people. Requests arrive with varying quality and varying notice; the job is to make the match quickly, verify that it is real, and raise the conflict early when it is not. Key responsibilities Takes in resourcing requests from Sales and Project Leads, clarifies what is needed in terms of skills, language, location and dates, and confirms that the request is complete enough to be acted on. Matches requests people using the live capacity view, the bench view, the allocation plan and the skills and service catalogue data and proposes realistic delivery windows rather than simply reporting who is free. Verifies availability before commitments are made to a customer, and highlights conflicts, gaps and overbooking early instead of after dates have been promised. Maintains resourcing data in our ERP and the Operating App to support consultant booking, allocations, forecasts and actuals stay accurate, and the two systems stay aligned. Supports the weekly Deploy operations rhythm: the resourcing review, the data quality check and the follow-up on items Keeps upcoming demand visible, so forecasted resourcing needs, skills gaps and future hiring or upskilling needs surface before they become a delivery problem. Escalates resourcing conflicts to the Operations and Deploy leadership team and pro-actviely finds solutions to operational challenges Part 2 · Internal IT, development and tenant operations (50%) Working as part of the internal IT team, this person helps run the environments Sulava MEA lives in: the production tenant our own people work in every day, the demo tenant we show customers, and the training tenant we run customer trainings from; they are expected to be well managed, secure and demo-ready at all times. Key responsibilities Helps manage the production tenant together with the rest of the IT team: identities and groups in Entra, license assignment, Teams and SharePoint structures, device and access questions, and the day-to-day administration that keeps the environment healthy. Supports colleagues with their daily IT requests, takes ownership of an issue until it is genuinely resolved, and documents the fix so the next person does not have to ask the same question. Works with onboarding to create accounts, licenses, group memberships, access rights and equipment for new employees, so that a new colleague can work productively on day one. Creates and maintains the onboarding training environment and runs the onboarding IT trainings, keeping the material current as our tools and our way of working evolve. Supports the AI and Operations team in building new agents for internal use — preparing data sources and permissions, configuring and testing agents in Copilot Studio and Agent Builder, and helping roll them out to colleagues. Manages and maintains the demo tenant and builds the demo environments in it, so that demo data, users and scenarios are ready and credible whenever a colleague needs to show something to a customer. Manages and maintains the training tenant and creates the users, licences and environments required for customer trainings, in time for each scheduled session and cleaned up afterwards. Keeps internal environments aligned with our own security and governance standards — identity, access, data protection and responsible AI practices — and raises risks rather than working around them. What we are looking for Two things matter more than anything else in this role. The first is independence: this is a person who sees what needs doing and does it, finds the answer instead of waiting for it, and can be trusted with an environment and a request queue without daily supervision. The second is resourcefulness: the willingness to work out an unfamiliar admin setting, a licensing question or a broken demo environment by digging into it, testing it and documenting what was learned. Must have Independent and resourceful — takes ownership of a task end to end, works without being chased, and solves problems rather than forwarding them. Organized and accurate with data — comfortable keeping bookings, allocations, accounts and records correct and current and bothered when they are not. Strong practical Microsoft 365 skills — confident in the admin centers, Entra ID, licensing, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, with enough depth to administer a tenant, to use one. Service-minded and calm under pressure — treats a colleague's IT problem and a Project Lead's urgent resourcing request with the same steady, helpful attitude. Clear communicator in English — able to explain a technical answer to a non-technical colleague, and to write a short, usable instruction. AI-native in daily work — Various AI tools, platforms and Mirosoft Copilot as a core part of the job, not as an optional extra, and create automations, prompts, templates and reusable material that raise the baseline for others. Lives our values — Curiosity, Courage and Collaboration visible in everyday behavior, and leading by example regardless of level. Good to have Microsoft certifications such as AB-730, MS-102, SC-300 or AZ-104, or a clear plan to take them. Experience with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder or other low-code agent building. Experience of resourcing, scheduling or PMO work in a consulting or professional services environment. Arabic is an advantage.
