As an Oracle Cloud ERP PPM/Projects Lead, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud solutions, helping clients transform project financial management, operational delivery, and governance.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand project-centric requirements, define future-state processes, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud leading practices. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Project Financials, strong client-facing leadership, and a solid understanding of integrations across Financials, Procurement, HCM, Time and Labor, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may vary based on the individual’s experience and project requirements and may include:

• Lead Oracle Cloud PPM workstreams throughout the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Facilitate workshops to assess current-state processes, gather requirements, identify gaps, and define future-state business processes.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM capabilities, including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Control.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud leading practices.
• Advise clients on project structures, costing and billing models, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial controls.
• Define integration requirements across Oracle Financials, Procurement, HCM, Time and Labor, and external systems.
• Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Lead fit-to-standard discussions, evaluate solution options, and recommend practical approaches that minimize unnecessary customization.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage workstream plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with the overall project timeline.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate effectively with business leaders, project teams, and technical resources.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to consultants while reviewing deliverables and ensuring consistent quality.
• Support pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution development, effort estimation, demonstrations, and proposal preparation.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Peloton’s delivery methodology, reusable assets, accelerators, and intellectual property.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Projects (Oracle PPM Cloud).
• Minimum of 2 end to end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
• Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing and Project Costing.
• Knowledge in Project Costing is a must.
• Experience or strong knowledge on how the Oracle Projects Modules integrate with other ERP cloud modules
• Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Financials Modules.
• Experience or knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI reports will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials
• Experience with Self-Service Procurement and Purchasing modules
• Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud
• Experience or knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI reports will be a plus.
• Advanced English for communication is required
