Senior SAP S/4HANA Operations/Manufacturing SR BPM

In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. You will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders, manufacturing sites, Information Technology teams, and external partners, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

The role is based in Brazil or Finland and follows a hybrid work model, with three to four days per week in the office.This is a temporary, fixed-term position supporting a major SAP transformation initiative. Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead business process design, harmonization, and continuous improvement for manufacturing and operations within SAP S/4HANA.

• Partner with business leaders to define future-state process models, business requirements, and scalable system solutions.

• Collaborate with the SAP team to prepare the existing SAP landscape by streamlining processes and improving data quality ahead of the transformation.

• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment activities, including solution design, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.

• Partner with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automation teams to enable effective end-to-end integration with SAP.

• Drive process standardization, governance, compliance, and adoption across global manufacturing sites.

• Lead workshops and process assessments with business stakeholders, Information Technology teams, and external partners.

• Manage process documentation, business requirements, testing strategies, training materials, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor business and Information Technology resources and provide leadership across project workstreams.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• At least 10 years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in manufacturing and operations processes and the SAP functional modules that support them.

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or large-scale transformation programs in global manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, quality management, and supply chain processes.

• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), automation, and process control environments.

• Experience integrating manufacturing systems and shop-floor technologies with SAP environments.

• Previous experience as a team lead, functional lead, or people manager, with the ability to guide cross-functional workstreams.

• Strong business process management, stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, documentation, testing, and change management capabilities.

• Experience working within Agile project delivery environments.

• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Brazil or Finland and travel internationally on a limited basis.
