Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant (6-8 Years)

Key Responsibilities Implement solutions in the area Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Lease Management and Cash Management (CM) Agentic AI Exposure P2P process knowledge Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practices Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cycles Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issues Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customisations Prepare documentation including BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and user manuals Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations Hands-on expertise in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Lease Management and CM Good understanding of accounting principles, P2P and financial processes Experience in requirement gathering and solution design Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies Preferred Qualifications CA/Finance MBA Oracle Fusion Financials certifications Key Competencies Stakeholder Management Problem Solving Attention to Detail Team Collaboration Adaptability
