Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Integration Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Oracle Fusion HCM REST API integration flows.
  
• Translate business requirements into API orchestration workflows.
  
• Build, test, and troubleshoot API collections using Postman.
  
• Create MCP request/response schemas and semantic mappings.
  
• Design reusable API services for AI agents and enterprise applications.
  
• Develop technical specifications, API documentation, and sequence diagrams.
  
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  
• Work in 3pm to 12am IST shift.
  

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM REST API experience.
  
• Strong understanding of HCM business objects and data models.
  
• Experience with Workers, Assignments, Goals, Talent, Learning, Absence, and Documents of Record APIs.
  
• REST API design, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and API security.
  
• API orchestration, data mapping, and error handling.
  
• Advanced Postman usage including collections, scripting, and workflow validation.
  
• Experience designing MCP actions, semantic layers, or AI integration frameworks.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Azure Integration Services
  
• MCP, Microsoft Copilot, Lyzr, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms
  
• Enterprise integration and middleware architecture
  

Ideal Candidate:
A self-driven consultant who can independently analyze requirements, identify the required Oracle HCM APIs, validate complete workflows in Postman, and implement reusable MCP-based integrations for AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
