Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant
Experience: 7-8 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant with 7-8 years of hands-on expertise primarily focused on configuring the Oracle Benefits module. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end benefits configuration to meet business requirements and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits components including Benefit Plans, Coverage Elements, Eligibility Profiles, Enrollment Rules, and Life Events.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Perform testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support UAT.
Document configurations and provide training as needed.
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and recommend configuration improvements.
Required Skills:
7-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
Strong knowledge of benefits setup: plans, eligibility, enrollment, life events, and notifications.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is a plus.
