Orders and Quotations support

We’re expanding our team in Porto!

ICE International is a Dutch company producing luxury rugs and carpets for high-end projects around the world.

Are you passionate about custom interiors, technical precision, and high-quality carpet solutions? For our Porto, Portugal office we’re hiring an Orders & Quotations Support.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in managing orders and quotations, supporting daily workflows.

· Learn and handle both orders and quotations for flexibility within the team.

· Collaborate closely with other team members engaged in the quotations and orders process.

What we're looking for:

• Some familiarity with order processing is required, with quotations is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel.
• High precision and responsibility; strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Portugese and English.

Location: Porto, Portugal (working remotely is not an option)
