Organic Social Media Growth Expert

RAZAB is a fast-growing home & kitchen brand (borosilicate glass food storage, meal-prep containers) with a loyal and growing US customer base. We're looking for a true organic growth specialist to own our content strategy across YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.

This is not a content-calendar-and-scheduling role. We need someone who understands algorithms, hooks, retention, and virality at a deep level and who has the numbers to prove it.

The Role

You'll lead organic growth across our three priority platforms, with secondary support on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your job: take our channels from where they are today to millions of organic views and real, engaged audiences.

YouTube & YouTube Shorts Top Priority

• Deep, working knowledge of the YouTube algorithm and how content gets distributed
• Proven Shorts growth strategy: hooks, retention, watch time, CTR, packaging
• Track record of identifying and repeatedly producing viral content ideas
• Strong grasp of YouTube SEO and content discoverability

Pinterest Top Priority

• Experience growing accounts organically to high-volume impressions
• Pinterest SEO and keyword strategy
• Know what Pins, creatives, titles, and formats actually earn outbound clicks
• Ability to turn Pinterest traffic into real website visits and conversions

TikTok Top Priority

• Solid understanding of TikTok's algorithm and distribution mechanics
• Short-form viral content strategy, hooks, and retention
• Sharp instinct for trend identification and timing
• Proven ability to grow followers and engagement organically, at scale

What We're Looking For

• Real, measurable results channels or accounts you've personally grown from zero to millions of organic views
• A deep understanding of why content performs, not just what to post
• An analytical approach you use data to sharpen content, boost engagement, and drive traffic that converts
• Hands-on experience specifically with YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and TikTok (paid ads knowledge is a bonus, not the focus)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
