Role Description
The Graduate Associate, Marketing & B2B Partnerships role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting Agento’s growth and brand presence within the enterprise technology market. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, preparing content and materials for digital channels, and conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners.
The role involves supporting B2B partnership initiatives by helping identify prospective partners, contributing to outreach efforts, and maintaining records and documentation of partner interactions. The Graduate Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, track campaign performance, and help improve customer-facing communication.
This role is well-suited to individuals who are early in their career and eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic AI-focused organisation.
Qualifications
• Investor research & outreach — build and maintain target investor lists (VCs, angels, family offices, and relevant grants or accelerator programs), research fit and thesis alignment, and support outreach sequencing.
• Data room & materials support — help keep the data room current, assist with pitch deck and investor memo updates, and prepare briefing notes ahead of investor meetings.
• B2B partnership prospecting — identify and research potential partners in construction technology, PropTech, and relevant industry bodies across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partnership deal support — help draft partnership proposals and outreach materials, coordinate meetings, and manage relationships through to signed agreements.
• CRM & pipeline management — keep the investor and partnership CRM accurate and current, and produce regular pipeline reporting for leadership.
• Market & competitor research — track trends, funding activity, and the competitive landscape in the ANZ construction sector to inform both fundraising narrative and partnership targeting.
