Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Growth Associate. The role will work closely with the CEO to drive revenue growth across sales, customer success, marketing and business development.
The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial growth from acquisition and conversion through to customer retention and revenue growth. They will work closely with Marketing to lead and optimise acquisition efforts, while identifying new opportunities to increase revenue, improve conversion and maximise the return from our marketing and sales activity.
The role will also involve developing new growth opportunities, including school and institutional partnerships, referrals, outreach, workshops and other potential revenue channels. The candidate will be expected to take ownership of opportunities from identification through to execution and results.
The role will have significant exposure to the CEO and will involve regular analysis of sales, marketing and customer data, commercial reporting, pipeline management and identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance across lead conversion, sales, revenue, customer retention and growth from existing clients.
- Work closely with Marketing to lead acquisition efforts and optimise the return from paid advertising and other lead-generation channels.
- Own the sales pipeline, including lead follow-ups, reactivation, consultations, objection handling, closing and conversion.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across schools, institutions, referrals, partnerships, workshops and other potential channels.
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities, taking ownership from initial outreach through to execution and results.
- Analyse business performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to the CEO, while working with Marketing and Operations to remove barriers to growth.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, growth, customer success or another commercially focused role.
- Proven experience managing a sales pipeline, converting leads and working towards revenue or sales targets.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, paid acquisition, sales funnels and commercial metrics such as CAC, conversion, customer value and ROAS.
- Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the confidence to close opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills, with experience using CRM, spreadsheets and sales or marketing tools.
- Experience working with UK customers or businesses is preferred; education or EdTech experience is a plus.
