Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients in the Energy and Utilities industry. Utilize effective objection handling techniques to engage prospects and overcome resistance. Adhere to provided scripts and maintain control over the call flow to ensure consistency and professionalism. Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system. Use VoIP dialer systems efficiently to maximize call volume and reach. Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly call targets. Self-manage to maintain motivation and productivity in a remote or office setting. Requirements Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in outbound cold calling or a similar role. Strong skills in B2B prospecting and objection handling. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence. Ability to adhere to scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow. Proficiency in CRM documentation and VoIP dialer usage. Proven track record in appointment setting and lead generation. Strong time management and self-management skills to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with the Energy and Utilities industry is a plus.
