Outbound Lead - Cold Email

Mission We're looking for a Cold Email Expert to own and scale our outbound email programs. This isn't a "keep it running" role — our cold-email engine works, but "works" is not the bar. You'll own it end to end, rebuild it to a high standard, and keep it there: running outbound for the clients we deliver for, and coaching the clients who run their own. You'll write high-converting copy, design and run sequences, manage deliverability, and analyze campaign performance so we can consistently fill the top of the funnel. You'll work closely with sales and operations to qualify replies, hand off meetings, and iterate on messaging. If you enjoy writing persuasive copy, diving into metrics, and experimenting to improve response rates — you'll feel right at home. What You Will Own Engine — The full engine: prospecting, enrichment, sending, deliverability, campaigns, follow-up. Deliverability — Domains, inboxes, warmup, authentication, inbox placement. Stack — Audit what we use, keep what works, replace what does not. We use n8n; the rest is your call. Numbers — Reply rate, positive replies, booked calls. You spot what is wrong and fix it yourself. Clients — Run outbound for our done-for-you clients, and coach our done-with-you clients on theirs. Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. Research and build targeted prospect lists and segments for outbound campaigns Write persuasive, personalized cold email copy and subject lines for multi-step sequences Set up, launch, and monitor email sequences using cold-email platforms Manage inboxes and reply handling; qualify inbound responses and route leads to sales Perform A/B tests on subject lines, copy, cadence, and sender strategies; iterate based on results Monitor and optimize deliverability (warm-up processes, domain health, SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks) Track campaign KPIs (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, bounce rates) and produce performance reports Maintain accurate data and outreach history in the CRM and Google Sheets/Databases Coordinate with sales, marketing, and ops to align messaging and follow-up workflows Create and maintain reusable templates, playbooks, and onboarding documentation for outreach Conduct outreach hygiene tasks: suppression lists, unsubscribe handling, and deliverability remediation Implement automation and integrations (n8n, Zapier, Google Workspace) to streamline outreach processes Your First 90 Days Audit the system and tell us honestly what to keep and what to rebuild. Ship a sending and deliverability setup you would put your name to. Set up clean reporting on the three numbers that matter. Qualifications Years of Experience: 2-3 years CRM Tool: Not required Software: n8n, Lemlist, Mailshake, Apollo, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Sheets, Zapier Industry Knowledge Required: B2B lead generation and agency/marketing services Specific Gender: No preference Skills & Competencies An owner, not an operator — you build and improve, you don't wait to be told Current, hands-on cold-email expertise; you can audit a campaign on sight Strong cold-email copywriting and personalization skills Deep attention to deliverability and technical email setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC awareness) Strong across modern outbound tools, deliverability, and automation Data-driven mindset: comfortable with KPIs, spreadsheets, and campaign analytics Self-driven — when it breaks, you fix it Can teach it, not just do it Excellent written communication and follow-up discipline Strong organizational skills and process-orientation Ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams Comfortable running experiments and iterating based on results Technical Requirements Own PC or laptop Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended) Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace Experience with cold-email platforms (Lemlist, Mailshake, Apollo or similar) Ability to manage and troubleshoot basic email deliverability and domain settings Access to Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools for reporting and lists Position Description Working Hours: 8 hours per day, From 9 AM till 5 PM (flexible start between 9–10 AM, Lebanon time) Working Days: 5 days a week Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice and Lebanese National Holidays Salary Range: $ 1,500/month
