The Job:

Are you a freight logistics professional who brings strong operational expertise, analytical capability and a continuous improvement mindset. In this role, you will help optimize outbound transportation across a complex regional distribution network, improving cost, service, quality and lead time performance while delivering measurable Cost to Serve savings.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead outbound freight performance management across the EMEA ANZ region
• Monitor and improve transportation KPIs, service quality, and carrier lead-time performance
• Partner with Customer Service and internal stakeholders to resolve critical transportation issues
• Support freight RFQs and carrier evaluations, balancing cost, quality, and service
• Drive continuous improvement in transportation processes, carrier allocation, and ways of working
• Identify opportunities for carrier rationalization and network efficiency
• Improve transportation data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness

Who You Are

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience in freight, logistics, transportation, operations or supply chain
• Strong understanding of transportation processes, logistics systems and performance management
• Advanced analytical skills, including strong Excel capability
• Working knowledge of SAP, databases, and transportation monitoring tools
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work across functions and cultures
• Fluency in English
