Role Description The Outdoor Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faisalabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves visiting project sites, meeting clients, and presenting real estate offerings to prospective investors. The Outdoor Executive will conduct area surveys, gather market intelligence, and support the promotion of projects through field marketing and client outreach. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, maintaining records of client interactions, and following up to convert leads into successful deals. The role also requires regular reporting on activities, building strong local networks, and representing ArzaayPak.com professionally in all external engagements.
Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for client meetings and outdoor engagements.
• Ability to conduct field research, gather market insights, and prepare clear, concise reports.
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including frequent travel within Faisalabad and use of digital tools for remote coordination.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to manage time and multiple client visits effectively.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales, real estate, or field marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid means of local transportation and readiness to work in diverse outdoor environments.
