Outreach Committee Member

Organization: Pennsylvania Doula Commission (PADC)

Location: Remote (Pennsylvania-based preferred)

Time Commitment: Up to 5 hours per week

Overview: The Pennsylvania Doula Commission (PADC) is focused on expanding its reach and enhancing member engagement. As a member of the Outreach Committee, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and retaining members. This includes offering advice, providing resources, managing membership records, and engaging both new and existing members.

Responsibilities:

● Recruit and retain members to grow the PADC community.

● Offer advice and resources to support member engagement and satisfaction.

● Maintain accurate records of existing members and monitor membership trends.

● Engage new members to ensure they are integrated into the organization effectively.

● Manage projects related to member outreach and retention.

Qualifications:

● Leadership: Ability to lead outreach efforts and inspire membership growth.

● Organization: Strong organizational skills for managing membership records and related projects.

● Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging with members and potential members.

● Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with other committee members and stakeholders.

● Project Management: Experience in planning and executing outreach projects.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
