We are looking for an experienced Packaging Constructor to work on a project focused on parameterizing packaging dielines in our internal system.
Our system allows users to define parameters and generate structural dielines based on predefined variables and formulas. The task involves accurately parameterizing packaging geometry using mathematical formulas and defining the appropriate material allowances, taking into account the packaging structure and technical requirements.

Your duties:

• Parameterizing packaging dielines in our internal system by defining structural dependencies, formulas, rules, and geometric constraints.
• Selecting and implementing appropriate material allowances based on the properties of corrugated board and folding carton.
• Selecting and validating the parameters required to generate accurate packaging dielines.
• Applying knowledge of packaging structures and material properties to ensure the technical accuracy of the designs.

Requirements:

• Experience in packaging structural design and dieline development.
• Excellent knowledge of corrugated board and folding carton, including their properties and material allowances.
• Practical understanding of the technical parameters that influence packaging design.
• Experience working with packaging design software or systems.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and technical problem-solving skills

Nice to have: Hands-on experience with parametric packaging dieline design in any software.
