You pick where you start: Admin , Sales & Business Development , Marketing , or Operation . We confirm or redirect you after the first call, and you will touch at least one other bloc during your time with us. That is the point. We deliver over 1,000 weddings a year across the UAE (Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi), Georgia and the Seychelles. You will not be shadowing that work. You will be doing it. The essentials: Paid, always. We do not run unpaid internships 6 months minimum, 12 months or more is what we actually want. Short internships cost us money and teach you nothing Onsite in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Lyon (France), or fully remote — depending on the bloc Rolling intake — a new cohort starts the 1st of every month Built for final-year students and fresh graduates. Part-time works if you are still studying Internship — Admin You keep the spine of the company straight. Supplier and customer payment follow-ups, client legal documents, leaves and HR systems, recruitment support, keeping our accounting inputs clean and on time. You also sit closest to everyone, so you will spot the team's problems before management does — and you will be expected to bring the fix, not just the complaint. Good fit if numbers and details do not scare you, and being the person everyone relies on is your idea of a good day. Who you will work with: our Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistants, our HR and Recruitment Specialists, and Liz, our co-founder , who runs this side of the business. You will also deal directly with suppliers, embassies and our accountants. Internship — Sales & Business Development You are the first human a couple talks to. Inbound leads on WhatsApp, email and calls. Understand where each couple is stuck, collect what the sales team needs, hand over a real opportunity. Then help open new ground: research a new nationality or market, competitor pricing, package ideas, partner lists. Good fit if you like people, you are not scared of a phone, and you would rather be measured on results than on hours. Who you will work with: our Customer Success and Pre-Sales team who take the first contact, our Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives who close, our Sales Team Leader, and our Business Developers who own specific markets. You will sit inside a real pipeline, not next to it. Internship — Marketing Real projects, from idea to published. Content for blog and social, SEO briefs, landing pages, analytics, WordPress, Canva, campaign reporting. You will be expected to put in serious hours catching up on the technical side — we will not slow the machine down to teach you the basics, but we will give you everything we have while you sprint. Good fit if you already run something online, you are curious about why a number moved, and shipping beats planning for you. Who you will work with: our Digital Marketing Assistant, Content Specialist and Social Media Specialist, our SEO and paid-media partners, and Florian, our co-founder and Head of Digital , who sets the roadmap. Your work will be judged on the same dashboards as theirs. Internship — Operation You help deliver actual weddings. Preparation: checklists, supplier bookings, timelines, documents, certificates, embassy runs. Then on-site on the day — civil, ceremonial, religious. You will carry things, fix things nobody planned for, and keep people calm on one of the most emotional days of their lives. Good fit if you are organised under pressure, you do not mind weekends, and a wedding going perfectly because you caught the problem sounds like a great feeling. Who you will work with: our Wedding Coordinators and Junior Wedding Planners, our paperwork and ceremony specialists, our Operation Team Leaders, our Operations Manager, and our Destination Wedding Planner in Georgia. Plus photographers, venues, celebrants, courts and embassies — on the day, all of it is real. Where you can be based: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (onsite) — required for the Admin and Operation blocs. Cash, documents, suppliers and weddings happen in real life Lyon, France (onsite) — open to Marketing and Sales & Business Development. Ideal if you are studying in France and want a real international role without leaving Fully remote — open to Marketing and Sales & Business Development, anywhere with a stable connection Wherever you are: a daily 09:00 (UAE time) check-in and a fixed weekly schedule agreed in writing before day one. Now the honest part. We will work you hard. Harder than a normal internship. There is no prince and no princess here. Nobody gets carried, nobody gets a decorative project, and nobody gets a certificate for showing up. No participation trophies — Eminem had a point about those. You will be given more than you are comfortable with, on purpose — because that is the only honest way to find out how far you can actually go. Here is the trade. We invest everything we can in the people willing to fight with us. Real responsibility in week one. Our tools, our data, our founders' time. Certifications when you earn them. And a full-time job at the end if you earn that too. That is also why we ask for 6 months minimum and prefer 12 or more: below that, we are paying to train someone who leaves the week they become useful — and you leave before the part that would have made your CV. It is not a theory. One of our interns became Head of Operations in two years. Requirements You must have: A commitment of 6 months minimum — ideally 12 or more — with a confirmed start date, end date and a fixed weekly schedule of at least 20 hours A location that matches your bloc: Admin and Operation are UAE-onsite only; Marketing and Sales & Business Development can be UAE-onsite, Lyon-onsite or remote One thing you built, ran or sold that nobody asked you to — a side hustle, a student club, an event, an account you grew, a freelance client. Graded coursework does not count Fluent English, written and spoken. You will be talking to international couples and suppliers from week one Organisation and follow-through — you finish what you start without a reminder Comfort picking up a new tool on your own. We run Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business and AI tools, and we expect you to use AI properly and say when you did Operation bloc: availability on weekends and evenings. A UAE driving licence is a strong plus Nice to have: A second language — Arabic, French, Russian, Tagalog, Georgian or Hindi/Urdu. Our couples come from everywhere Design, data or automation literacy: Canva, Photoshop, Figma, spreadsheets beyond the basics, or any no-code curiosity Any bloc-relevant exposure — bookkeeping or reception (Admin), retail, call centre or hospitality (Sales), a portfolio or an account you run (Marketing), events or hotels (Operation) Who thrives here: hungry and a little impatient, curious about the business and not just the tasks, humble on the small stuff and ambitious on the big stuff, and comfortable being uncomfortable. You will hate it if you want structure, comfort and a job description that never changes, if you need a two-month internship to tick a university box, or if your first three questions are about the title, the visa and when you can leave. Benefits USD 600 per month for a full-time internship. Part-time is pro-rata, minimum 20 hours a week for students A bonus on top, based on the usability of your work. If what you build creates value we can actually use, you get a share of it. We do not pay for hours — we pay for output A real conversion path. Admin leads to Administrative Assistant. Sales leads to Junior Sales and beyond. Marketing leads to Digital Marketing Assistant. Operation leads to Wedding Coordinator and Planner. The decision is made out loud at 90 days, not left hanging A named person who owns your growth — not "the team" — plus a weekly 30-minute one-to-one and a written 30/60/90 plan on day one Full tool access from day one and direct exposure to the founders. Certifications paid for when you earn them A written reference and a LinkedIn recommendation when you leave — whether we convert you or not Work that means something.
