Paid Social Media Specialist

Your opportunity:

The Paid Social Media Specialist activates and optimises paid social campaigns across TPG Telecom’s consumer brands. The role supports customer acquisition, brand consideration and engagement through effective targeting, creative testing and performance management.

You'll make impact by:

• Activate and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
• Manage audiences, budgets, placements, creative implementation and campaign quality assurance.
• Monitor performance against reach, engagement, CPA, conversion and ROAS objectives.
• Develop structured testing plans across creative, audiences, bidding and campaign formats.
• Partner with creative, analytics and marketing technology teams on tracking, reporting and performance insights.
  

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ hands-on paid social experience within an agency or client-side environment.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional paid social platform.
• Good understanding of paid social targeting, bidding, optimisation and creative formats.
• Experience with pixels, conversion APIs, audience integrations and campaign measurement.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
