Job Title: Part-Time Paralegal – Personal Injury & Insurance Claims

About The Company

Our client is a U.S.-based law firm handling personal injury cases, including accident claims and insurance claims.

Job Description

The team is looking for a reliable and personable Paralegal to support case intake, client communication, and day-to-day case management. You will work closely with the attorney and two other Paralegals, helping manage client communication and ensuring the necessary information and documentation is collected throughout each case.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Conduct client intake and participate in client calls
• Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically
• Request and follow up on medical records and other case-related documentation
• Request Letters of Representation (LORs)
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims
• Follow up with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Keep case information and documentation organized in the firm's CRM
• Support the attorney and other Paralegals with day-to-day case management
• Ensure case information is complete, accurate, and up to date
  
  

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Previous experience working with U.S.-based legal cases
• Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role
• Experience with personal injury, accident cases, or insurance claims is strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intelligent, organized, proactive, and able to learn quickly
• Patient, friendly, and comfortable communicating with clients who may be dealing with stressful situations
• Comfortable participating in phone calls and speaking directly with clients
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Experience working with a CRM or case management system

Schedule

Part-time: 20 hours/week

Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM CT, with a flexible 20-hour weekly schedule within this window
