We’re looking for a responsible, proactive, and creative Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our daily operations, social media content creation, and team coordination.

If you’re passionate about social media, enjoy learning new things, and want to gain hands-on working experience, we’d love to have you on board!

📌 Key Responsibilities

🎬 Assist with video editing, content creation, and social media planning.

📱 Research trending content and explore new trends on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

💬 Assist with community updates and coordinate team communications.

📄 Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.

🤝 Support team coordination and client onboarding procedures.

📍 Work Location

-Hybrid working arrangement.

-Two face-to-face meetings per month at the Public Mutual Cheras Branch or a nearby café.

🎓 Requirements

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organised.

- Familiar with basic video editing.

- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook).

- Creative, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- University students, fresh graduates, and freelancers are welcome to apply.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

- RM50 per day.

- FIMM licensing and examination sponsorship provided.
