Part-time Recruitment Specialist

At Squaretalk, we are looking for a Part-time Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Sofia. Someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to identify the right talent, and can confidently manage the recruitment process from the first application to the final offer.

What your role in the team will be

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions across different departments.
  

• Working closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  

• Publishing and regularly updating job advertisements across LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  

• Proactively sourcing and approaching relevant candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  

• Screening CVs and identifying candidates who match the requirements of each position.
  

• Conducting HR interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivation, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
  

• Coordinating assignments, assessments, and next-stage interviews with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
  

• Maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Collecting and following up on Hiring Manager feedback to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring pipeline.
  

• Preparing and coordinating job offers.
  

• Keeping candidate information and recruitment stages up to date in our ATS.
  

Requirements

• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally within a technology, SaaS, telecom, or international environment.
  

• Experience managing the recruitment process independently from sourcing to offer stage.
  

• Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates.
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several open positions simultaneously.
  

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
  

• Sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
  

• Experience working with an ATS or recruitment CRM; experience with Zoho Recruit is an advantage.
