Part Time Sales Affiliate - High Commission Base

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Affiliate with a high commission base. The Sales Affiliate will promote SEM JOBS FINDER’s services to potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into paying customers through online and phone-based outreach. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting the value of the company’s offerings, following up with interested leads, and maintaining accurate records of communications and results. The role also involves collaborating with the team for ongoing training, sharing best practices, and refining sales approaches to increase revenue. Success in this position is measured by performance, results, and consistent growth in client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects and supporting clients.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to identify opportunities, present services effectively, and close deals.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to improve performance and contribute to structured sales processes.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, with reliable internet access and basic proficiency in online communication tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, online sales, or recruitment services is beneficial but not required.
• Candidate should posses their own visa.

Commission structure :

• Current month’s new subscribers: 20% - Plus

• Previous month’s subscribers: 15% - Plus

• Subscribers acquired 2–5 months earlier: 10%

• After six months, commissions on that subscriber cohort stop.

• If you exceed 50% of the target but did not manage to reach the 100% you still earn 15% of your

clients’ paid subscriptions.

• If you exceed 150% of the target you commission raised to 25% on the difference.

• If you leave the program, you still obtain commission from existing customers for 3 more

months.
