Reports To: Chief Delivery Officer

Level: Partner / Senior Executive

Region: Remote

Travel: International travel required

Position Summary

The Partner, EU Region is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, growing, and leading the company’s healthcare IT consulting business across the European Union.

This is a remote role with international travel required. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, the Partner will provide strategic, commercial, client, and operational leadership for the EU region while working closely with the company’s global delivery, revenue, technology, and corporate leadership teams.

The Partner will be responsible for developing the EU market, building strategic healthcare relationships, expanding the company’s regional client base, developing delivery capabilities, and creating a high-performing European organization.

The ideal candidate will bring significant healthcare IT experience, strong executive relationships, and previous experience working in the UK and EU EHR markets, along with demonstrated expertise with major EHR platforms, including MEDITECH and/or Epic.

In addition to regional responsibilities, the Partner will provide global practice leadership for MEDITECH services, helping establish and scale the company’s MEDITECH capabilities, talent, offerings, methodologies, and delivery model across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. EU Regional Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategy for growth across the European Union.
  • Identify priority countries, healthcare organizations, market segments, and strategic accounts.
  • Establish and expand the company’s presence and reputation within the European healthcare IT market.
  • Apply knowledge of the UK and EU EHR markets to identify market opportunities, client needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Build relationships with healthcare CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, clinical leaders, technology executives, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Develop regional revenue, profitability, pipeline, client growth, and market-development objectives.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic EU clients and engagements.
  • Represent the company at European healthcare, technology, and industry events.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitions.
  • Develop the organizational capabilities, talent, and operating model required to scale the EU business.

2. Client and Business Development

  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior healthcare executives across the UK and EU.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the EU.
  • Partner with the Chief Revenue & Growth Officer and commercial organization on strategic pursuits.
  • Lead or participate in major RFPs, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and client discussions.
  • Develop strategic account plans for priority European clients.
  • Expand existing client relationships through consulting, implementation, advisory, staffing, analytics, and managed services.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce the company’s broader portfolio into European accounts.
  • Maintain accountability for the quality and progression of the regional business pipeline.
  • Leverage previous experience and relationships in the UK and EU EHR markets to accelerate market entry, client development, and revenue growth.

3. Global MEDITECH Practice Leadership

As part of the role’s global practice responsibilities, the Partner will work collaboratively with the Partner EHR:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the company’s global MEDITECH practice.

  • Establish a scalable global MEDITECH delivery model.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality global MEDITECH talent pool.
  • Identify emerging MEDITECH market opportunities and translate them into new services and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with MEDITECH and other relevant technology and healthcare partners.
  • Serve as an executive-level subject matter leader for MEDITECH opportunities and strategic client engagements.
  • Collaborate with global delivery and revenue leadership to expand MEDITECH services across North America, Europe, and other international markets.
