About Us
At Medius, we believe managing finance should be about strategy, not stress. That same mindset shapes not only the solutions we build, but also the culture we create for our people. We remove complexity, embrace innovation, and give our teams the freedom to focus on what truly matters — whether that’s transforming the future of finance with AI or finding balance to go home on time.
Founded in Sweden in 2001, Medius has grown from a local startup into a global leader in cloud-based spend management solutions. Today, thousands of organizations worldwide trust us to simplify accounts payable and spend management processes. Our journey has been driven by continuous innovation, a passion for technology, and above all — the people who make it happen.
We’re more than a software company. We’re a team of problem-solvers, innovators and collaborators working together to reinvent the category of accounts payable. Our solutions use Artificial Intelligence to eliminate manual work, bring clarity, confidence, and control, and empower finance teams of the future.
At Medius, our values guide how we work and grow together:
Connect – We believe in the power of people—individually and collectively—and our success depends on understanding and respecting each other. We appreciate that ‘empowering finance teams of the future’ is an exciting endeavor, and we share it with everyone around us.
Question – We enjoy the challenge of our work and the thrill of collaboration. We are not afraid to question ourselves and each other because we believe diverse perspectives can lead to better outcomes and that there is great power in resolution.
Own – We are thorough, thoughtful, and decisive. We anticipate what’s next, what a customer might need, and then we deliver. That’s how we get things done. And that’s how we remain a leader. Customers trust us to do our job so that they can focus on what they do best.
At Medius, you’ll join a diverse, global community where curiosity is celebrated, ideas matter, and innovation never stops. If you’re passionate about technology, eager to make an impact, and ready to grow alongside a team that lives its values, Medius is where you can do your best work — your impact is global.

Job overview
As Partner Technical Manager for EMEA, you will be the technical backbone of our partner ecosystem across the region. You will work directly with System Integrators — enabling them to deliver Medius implementations confidently, keeping their technical skills current, and making sure their integrations meet the standards our customers expect.
This is a new role, reporting to the VP of Technical Services Delivery. You will be building something from the ground up: a certification program, a training curriculum, and a consistent technical standard across EMEA delivery partners. The EMEA partner landscape is diverse — different markets, different ERP environments, different maturity levels. You will need to be organised, adaptable, and technically credible across all of them
Responsibilities and Duties
Own the technical relationship with SI partners across EMEA — be their go-to for everything from integration architecture to implementation challenges
Build and run a certification program for SI integrations in the region — define the standards, run the assessments, and hold the bar
Deliver technical training on the Medius Partner Academy — turn complex product and integration knowledge into sessions partners can actually use
Provide hands-on technical support during partner-led projects — step in when things get complex or when a partner needs a second pair of eyes
Work closely with R&D's Connect team — bring partner and field feedback into product conversations, and translate new capabilities back out to partners
Track partner technical health across EMEA: certification status, integration quality, delivery readiness
Support onboarding for new SI partners entering EMEA markets — get them up to speed faster
Qualifications
5+ years in a technical role — professional services, implementation consulting, technical enablement, or similar
Hands-on experience with ERP integrations or AP/finance technology — you can get into the detail when it matters
Comfortable working with and through SI partners, not just end customers
Able to deliver technical training and documentation that people can followStrong communicator — equally effective with a partner's integration developer and their delivery lead
Nice to have:
Experience in AP automation, P2P, or spend management solutions
Background in channel or partner technical programs — ideally including certification or credentialing
Familiarity with ERP platforms common in EMEA markets (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Unit4, or similar)
Experience building enablement programs or training curricula from scratch
What We Offer:
Health & Dental: Private Healthcare (AXA), Dental & Optical Cashback, Bupa Dental Choice, Specsavers Vouchers
Financial Security: Pension (Aviva), Life Assurance, Income Protection (Unum)
Medius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The estimated base salary range for this role is 50,000.000 - 60,000.000 GBP/yearly This is a good-faith estimate of the compensation for the position.
Actual compensation depends on a few things: relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and where the role is performed — pay can vary by location because the cost of labour does.
The total package may also include variable compensation (such as a performance bonus), benefits, and participation in other incentive or benefit plans, subject to the terms of those plans and your eligibility.
