About the Role
QORE is a corporate-grade payment service provider built for transparency, reliability, and professional delivery. We help merchants and operators scale with clear reporting, predictable settlement workflows, and responsive worldwide 24/7 support.
Powered by a proven processing infrastructure and deep operational expertise, QORE combines enterprise-level governance with fast onboarding and robust integrations - so partners can grow confidently, compliantly, and efficiently.
We're growing our gateway's network of payment partners and looking for a Partnerships Manager to own the full lifecycle: scouting, vetting, negotiating, and contracting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), with a particular focus on high-risk verticals like iGaming.
This is not a back-office analyst role and not a pure relationship-management position. We need someone who can go out, find the right suppliers, qualify them properly, and close strong commercial terms, then keep everything documented and moving without anything falling through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout, vet, and qualify new Payment Service Providers to add to our gateway
- Negotiate and contract with PSPs, securing rates and terms that keep us competitive in the marketplace
- Understand the business's evolving needs and proactively connect us with relevant suppliers in a timely manner
- Maintain daily, up-to-date CRM records, pipeline status, contacts, commercial terms, next steps
- Network actively via LinkedIn, industry expos, and events to build relationships with new and existing partners
- Bring a highly organized, thorough approach to managing multiple supplier relationships in parallel
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in high-risk payment processing (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of onboarding and due diligence requirements in regulated and high-risk markets
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to push for competitive terms
- High attention to detail and the discipline to keep CRM and documentation consistently up to date
- Ability to self-manage a busy, multi-supplier pipeline without things slipping
- Fluent English
Nice-to-Have
- Russian speaking
What We're Looking For
Someone who's as comfortable working a room at an industry expo as they are closing out a rate negotiation over email, and who takes real ownership of the pipeline from first scout to signed contracts
- Competitive compensation
- Budget for tools, learning, and professional development
- Long-term incentives aligned with company growth
