- Create and deliver engagement plans that raise awareness of ILS across your district, including early engagement in new areas targeted for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with VCSFE organisations, district councils, local media, commissioners and other stakeholders
- Monitor referral numbers and your own engagement activity against KPIs, and work with the central team on campaigns, events and marketing support.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and service users, and produce reports that help us improve our programmes
- Create and adapt content for specific community groups, including social media, website copy, leaflets, press releases, video and podcasts
- Work with the Partnerships and Engagement Officers in the other lots to deliver the contract
- Take part in team meetings and monthly 1:1s, and work towards local service priorities

- Experienced in working in partnership with public health, healthcare, voluntary and community organisations, workplaces, and health and social care agencies, at all levels
- Experienced in understanding, reaching and engaging a specific target audience, and in designing and facilitating client feedback
- An excellent communicator who can adapt your style to the audience and present a professional image
- Well organised, able to manage your own workload and others’, with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in accurate record and database keeping, strong IT skills and great communication
- Self-motivated and flexible, effective alone or in a team, and willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Familiar with key local health stakeholders and decision makers (desirable)
Practicalities:
- Must live local to Sheffield
- Hold a valid and clear driving license and access to a car
- This role requires 2-3 days per week in the community across Sheffield, the remainder of your time will be remote/hybrid work
