You’ll help identify and approach prospective partners, generate new business opportunities and develop creative ideas for brand collaborations. Working closely with the wider commercial team, you’ll source leads, open conversations and build relationships with brands ranging from FMCG household names to premium food, drink and travel businesses.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who is ready to take the next step and develop their experience within partnerships and creative solutions at one of the UK’s leading premium food platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email and phone outreach
  • Build and develop relationships with brands, agencies and prospective partners
  • Coordinate monthly membership competitions, perks and incentives
  • Support the commercial team with lead sourcing, pipeline development and new business activity
  • Contribute ideas for creative partnerships and new revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure opportunities align with wider business goals

Candidate Requirements

  • Some previous experience in a commercial, sales, partnerships or business development role
  • Ideally some experience or contacts across FMCG, travel, food & drink, lifestyle or related sectors
  • A genuine interest in food, drink, chefs and the UK restaurant scene
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Comfortable approaching prospective clients and generating new business conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious and confident asking questions to understand client needs
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, email and phone to generate leads
  • Proactive, ambitious and keen to develop within a commercial partnerships role
  • Collaborative team player who is happy to contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities

Benefits

  • Clear progression pathway
  • Bupa
  • Hybrid working (3 office days per week)
  • Childcare tax relief scheme
  • Free food!
  • Work surrounded by food lovers — your job is literally to talk about food
  • Regular company socials
  • Five additional days of annual leave over Christmas
  • Enhanced pension contributions after one and two years of tenure
