This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position We are seeking passionate and adaptable Registered Nurses to join Montu on a max-term contract to support patients throughout their medical journey at our Alternaleaf Clinic. You will conduct telehealth assessments, support patients through treatment expectations, and build strong knowledge of our patient journey and systems. Contract 1: Aug 2026 - Mid June 2027 Contract 2: Aug 2026 - September 2027 Roster This is a full-time remote position working a structured 5-day roster between Monday and Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST/AEDT, including one Saturday per month Please note: These positions are offered as max-term contract positions commencing in August 2026. Part-time arrangements or variations to hours are not available. Limited flexibility is available during the onboarding and training period. Applicants must be available to work over the Christmas and New Year period About You You're a resilient and adaptable Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a telehealth environment. You thrive in structured, fast-paced settings, communicate with empathy and professionalism, and can confidently manage a broad range of patient interactions while maintaining clinical excellence. Key Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no conditions, restrictions, or undertakings Minimum 3 years' post-graduate clinical RN experience Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Experience managing patients with chronic health conditions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely Strong emotional resilience and the ability to navigate complex or sensitive patient interactions professionally High level of digital literacy and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously Ability to work effectively within structured processes, performance metrics, and service standards Proven problem-solving skills and sound clinical judgement Highly Regarded: Previous telehealth or virtual care experience Mental health nursing experience You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team where your work contributes to meaningful patient outcomes within one of Australia’s leading healthcare technology companies.
