Join our team as a Patient Consultant on a full-time basis (Remote: Pretoria or Johannesburg based)
As a Patient Consultant, you accompany our patients along their journey with the Weight Doctors – beginning with the initial contact, continuing to their treatment day and through to their post-treatment support.
Your responsibilities:
Provide first contact support to patients
Carry out consultations; understanding the patients’ needs to share treatment recommendations
Ensure patient wellbeing before, during and after their treatment
Documentation and medical compliance;
Treatment planning and coordination;
Collaborate with nutritionists, doctors and surgeons before and after treatments; and
Travel to clinic locations as required (Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town) - approx 1 day per week.
Your profile:
Proven customer service experience with both online and face-to-face interaction
Background in nutrition, health sciences is beneficial
Previous professional experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, additional language skills ideal
