TalentPop is looking for a meticulous and reliable Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our global payroll processes run seamlessly, accurately, and on time. What You'll Do
Execute end-to-end payroll workflows, including time-tracking reviews, pay rate validations, adjustments, and disbursement coordination.
Audit weekly timesheets, attendance records, and system logs to guarantee high data accuracy before processing.
Maintain accurate employee pay records, compensation documentation, and confidential payroll files.
Coordinate closely with internal team leads to resolve timecard discrepancies and ensure deadlines are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, time tracking, and compensation updates.
Generate regular payroll, attendance, and workforce reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal platforms.
Manage and navigate time-tracking and workforce software such as Hubstaff, HubSpot, and other HR systems.
Identify ways to streamline payroll workflows through process improvements, software integrations, and automation.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of direct experience in payroll processing, payroll support, or timekeeping administration.
Hands-on experience with digital time-tracking and workforce platforms (Hubstaff experience is a big plus).
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data auditing, formulas, reporting).
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality.
Experience with global teams, contractor payouts, or international payroll processes is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other workforce management systems is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset toward employees.
A proactive problem-solver who values accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement.
