Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities: - Process and manage payroll for multiple clients accurately and in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data - Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits - Handle any payroll-related issues or discrepancies - Prepare and distribute payroll reports to clients - Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll - Stay up-to-date with payroll best practices and industry changes - Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures - Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and records - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing - Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office - Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Strong organizational and time-management skills We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
