Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate and administer employee compensation Calculate employees' compensation (salary, pension, bonus, etc.) Update internal payroll databases and ensure timely payments Verify employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system Issue deductions, earnings, and other statements to employees, and update payroll records regularly Job Requirements: University degree in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or a related field 1+ years of relevant experience in international payroll Fluent English language skills for effective communication with colleagues Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software Knowledge of wage withholding orders Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail Effective time management skills to meet deadlines Professional demeanor in all interactions Initiative to learn and grow within the role We offer: Support from the Start: We provide comprehensive training and guidance to help you excel in your role.
