Követelmények • Design application architecture for reuse across insurance LOBs • Apply advanced Pega capabilities: performance tuning, security/access control, decisioning • Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues (system logs, PAL, tracer) • Guide and review work of CPSA / CSA-level developers • Own integration design (REST/SOAP, connectors, data pages) end-to-end • Ensure Guardrail compliance and enforce best practices across the team Előnyök • CPSSA / CSSA certification (mandatory) • 3–5+ years Pega implementation experience • Proven experience in performance tuning and system maintenance • Strong grasp of security models and access control design • Insurance industry experience preferred (claims/policy admin systems) • Full professional English proficiency • Available to start ASAP, fully remote
