At Bloom Hearing Specialists, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our ANZ People & Culture team and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience.
This is more than a coordination role. You'll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring employees across Australia and New Zealand are supported through every stage of their employment journey. From payroll and compliance to onboarding, reporting and employee support, you'll help create seamless people experiences while maintaining the high standards that underpin our business success.

What You'll Be Doing
Payroll & HR Administration
• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes across Australia and New Zealand
• Act as a key point of contact for payroll enquiries
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely processing
• Conduct payroll audits and support legislative compliance requirements
Employee Lifecycle Support
• Prepare employment documentation and maintain employee records
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Assist with immigration, relocation and workers' compensation processes
• Deliver a seamless employee experience across the employment lifecycle
Compliance & Risk Management
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures
• Identify and escalate risks or irregularities where required
Reporting & Data Management
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems
• Prepare HR reports and workforce insights
• Support remuneration review and bonus administration processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services
What You'll Bring
• Experience in payroll administration, ideally end-to-end payroll
• Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment practices
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline preferred
