People and Culture Lead

Position Summary As our People and Culture Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our people strategy in Sri Lanka. You’ll work closely with our Australian leadership team to build a remote work culture that is people-first, values-driven, and performance-oriented. Key Responsibilities ∙ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. ∙ Champion engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives across a distributed team. ∙ Align HR practices between Sri Lanka and Australia. ∙ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and remote work best practices. ∙ Promote our family-oriented, collaborative team culture. Requirements What We're Looking For ∙ 2+ years in HR (with experience in remote or tech environments). ∙ In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law and human resource management. ∙ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. (English is essential) ∙ Strategic thinker who can work autonomously and cross-functionally. Bonus Points ∙ CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent certification. ∙ Experience working with Australian or international teams. Benefits 100% remote with flexible work hours.
