Key Responsibilities People Advisory & Employee Relations Act as the primary point of contact for UK employees and managers, providing guidance and support on people-related matters, policies, employment practices, and employee relations. People Operations & Compliance Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, occupational health and safety activities, and other employee-related compliance requirements in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Career Development & Employee Experience Design, implement, and continuously improve career development frameworks, talent development initiatives, and employee engagement programmes that support employee growth and overall employee experience. Governance & Corporate Administration Assist with UK entity administration, corporate governance processes, compliance activities, and operational support for the sales and corporate services functions. Event Management & External Engagement Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events, including registrations, logistics, travel arrangements, supplier coordination, and attendee management. We Would Love You to Have Experience At least 3 years in people operations, workplace management, or a similar role, preferably in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and international environments. Expertise Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices, with experience supporting managers and employees on people-related matters and providing general administrative support. Experience in designing and implementing career development, talent development, employee engagement, or organisational development initiatives is an advantage.
