About Herron Todd White

At Herron Todd White, we deliver trusted property advisory and valuation services across Australia. Our People & Culture Experience team plays a vital role in supporting our team members across the employee lifecycle through high-volume, accurate HR administration and exceptional service delivery.

About the Role

Are you an organised, detail-driven HR professional looking for a dynamic role at the core of employee lifecycle operations? We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, our office offers scenic views, premium end-of-trip facilities, and flexible hybrid working options.

We have two exciting opportunities available: a permanent full-time position and a part-time 12-month fixed-term contract.

We are building our foundational People & Culture team. Right now, we need an operational superstar to help us get our systems, compliance, and onboarding running like clockwork. As we scale and these foundations become rock-solid, you will have the unique opportunity to step up and design our broader People Experience, engagement, and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employment Contracts: Generate standard employment contracts for role changes, promotions, transfers, and harmonisation using standard templates, through iChris.
  • Lifecycle Changes & Payroll Data: Issue employment change letters and send timely data updates to Payroll.
  • Central PX Inbox Management: Manage the PX inbox (30–60 daily queries), resolve standard inquiries within SLAs, and escalate complex issues.
  • Onboarding Support & Coverage: Partner with the P&C team to share contract generation and maintain operational support.
  • HRIS & Records Administration: Maintain digital employee records in HRIS (iChris) and assist with audits and reporting.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience: High-volume administrative, coordination, or service roles, preferably within People & Culture, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
  • Industrial Relations Awareness: Basic understanding of National Employment Standards (NES) and Modern Awards, or a strong desire to learn.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems, iChris software experience is desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
  • Prioritisation & Focus: Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain momentum through business change, and consistently meet agreed SLAs.
  • Qualifications: A qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.

Why HTW?

At HTW, we are committed to providing an environment where you can thrive personally and professionally:

  • Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers (12 and 2 weeks).
  • A collaborative culture that values curiosity, professionalism, and innovation.
  • Refer a Friend Bonus program.
  • Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
